    No, she wasn't a member, but she gave an opening statement to their convention in which she stated that she supports their efforts and told them to keep up the good work.
    
    I believe that her husband is or was a member.

      Records show he was a registered in that party as late as 2000. And palin's opening statement for that party was in 2008.
