The Iowa Court needs to send a stinging rebuke to the Governor and the Republican Party in Iowa and let them know that the law is discriminatory as written. The Court needs to take a stand on behalf of fairness and equality. After all, isn't the Supreme Court in any state (except New York) the arbiter of fairness and equal rights?
