Obama will likely not hit McCain hard enough on Keating 5 because that isn't his style and some people may consider it "too old" considering it happened about 20 years ago. I wouldn't call McCain "truly a dispicable man" despite the fact that I do not want him to be our president and fear his presidency as much as I did Bush's. I would call Cheney a despicable man, but McCain is a man driven by a kind of blind ambition to be president despite having no real plan for bringing this country out of the rut it's in.

    There's a difference between saying he did nothing ILLEGAL and saying he did nothing WRONG.
    
    The Senate investigation said McCain exhibited "poor judgement, at best."

    If you had money to invest and knew people who knew Keating you might have made some investments. That doesn't mean you did anything wrong. The only way you could pass these "guilt by association" tests is to get elected and then snooze your way thru your term under a rock. People who are involved are going to rub shoulders with some who are dirty... if they can do it without getting dirty themselves, then they have proved some integrity.

    Excuse me, Rev. Wright? Obama sits in a black seperatist church for 20 years, then tries to call himself a uniter.
    Obama talks about the failed last 8 years, since Bush inherited a recession from Clinton with the dotcom bubble bursting [Mar 2000].GNP was positive every quarter since 9/11.
    The Bush tax cuts put an extra $275 billion into the treasury.
    Bush screwed up by not vetoing the over spending for the first five years. Obama, no experience, no character.
