The last year and a half have been a mess for her family and it seems they're all on an upward climb instead of a downward spiral. Lynne says she's cherishing the "small things" with Britney's sons Preston and Jayden, taking them out for spins in her golf cart. She's also taking Jamie Lynn out for a clothes shopping trip with 3-month-old Maddie.
