cause are special, and at times slow, that's how it can get mixed up, the same way i got pulled over for a suspended license by a cop that was forever hassling me, got taken down town, and on my way out after making bail one of the cops came back in holding a container with something in it, said it was cocaine, no field test was done, said they found it in the back of the police car, after spending $5000 on bail, lab tests four months later concluded that it was candy, the prosecuting attorney had the nerve to ask the judge to charge me with drug paraphernalia talking about the candy wrapper, ain't that something, it got dropped but it still shows up on some background checks
