    All of the displaced CEO's that ran their companies into the ground while raping them of assets should be imprisoned. Their fortunes should be seized and redistributed to the shareholders.

      njflex....I couldn't've said...or commented that any better. These CEO's are boohooing about mismanaging. Yet...they're not suffering one bit from this outcome. I'm sure they'll cry like babies if THEIR monies were redistributed.

        I wholeheartedly agree!! Take everything they own and everything that's been put in other families name for protection too! Let's not forget to boot out the politicians who got us in this mess too - Barney Frank & Chris Dodd and all of Congress & Senate!!!!!! At least we're getting rid of the lame-assed President come 1 mo.

          It is not the Presidents fault that this happened. That is an ignorant comment. It is our democratic congress that has had a big hand in all this mess.

            I think these companies should give only stock and no cash to outgoing CEO's that brought down their companies. They should look at the stock value at its highest when that CEO was running the company and then give them the amount of compensation due is stocks valued at their highest when he was running the company.

            On what charge? You know, the Constitution does have prohibit Ex Post Facto laws so you can't prosecute someone for a crime that wasn't a crime at the time.

                I totally agree with your comment of imprisioning all guilty CEO's, plus making them pay back all monies. If a poor black guy commits some small time robbery, he goes to jail for a couple of years. Wake up America, because you are sound asleep at the wheel.

                  I totally agree 100%. These CEO's need to be brought to justice once and for all and be made examples of so all the other greedy and criminal minded culprits of these companies will not get away with this crap. I am so steamed over this!
