When I visited Jacksonville, Florida 10 years ago I made a stop at a local restaurant for lunch. There was a group of young men next to our table who behavied in an obnoxious manner to the point that we felt unconfertable since we were not white like most people there. I spoke to the manager and was kind enough to move us to a freindlier side where people were more civil. Bottom line, racism extists all over but, there is a balance that takes place when people like the manager do their part to ease the hate.
