The companies will still leave and move the operations to low cost areas. Why would we expect them to show loyalty to the nation? This is a natural consequence of FREE capitalism, de-regulation, globalisation. As long as free trade, globalisation policies are in place, we will continue to see flooding of cheap imports and shipping of jobs overseas.
