I'll give McCain credit for not supporting the worst of his followers. Don't condemn your opponents when they do something right. Maybe he is seeing that he's made some mistakes in his rhetoric. I'll reserve judgment until he says something different.

  I can almost agree with you.
  The problem is that once you start a forest fire, you can regret your actions and try to hose down the fire that you lit. However, when the forest burns down, it is still your fault.
