        Umm.. Camas, WA isn't Portland. It's not even close. It's not even Oregon.

        Then again houses in Portland are taking forever to sell in even the most wonderful neigbourhoods. As the last place to peak (or near last), it's probably going to be among the last to crash.

          There were several Portland listings if you scrolled all the way down.

          I guess this is one way to make homes more affordable for average Americans... aside from the part where it wipes out real estate investments squeezes the middle class. It might help first time home buyers though...

            The credit market is about frozen. Not surprising homes can't sell.
