Sarah Palin you violated Alaska ethic code 39.52.11(a). Why are you still saying you are innocent and relieved? Why are you still lying? You were found to be in violation and abuse of power. Using your position to settle a family dispute. Allowing Todd to much power and access to your advisors.
Why if you were innocent, Why didn't you testify? Why, because you were going to be under OATH. Under oath you would have had to tell the truth..Stop lying and tell the truth you violated Alaskan Ethic code. How many ethic codes are you going to violate if elected to the White House?
America we do not need three mavericks (John,Sarah,& Todd) in
the White House. Do you really want Todd Palin behind the Sarah advising her on national matters? Don't you see what he did in Alaska was wrong. He overstepped his duties and set out to settle the score (family matters).
Sarah do John McCain a favor and submit your resignation..If not do it for our country...for once put Country First.
America we need new leadership in the White House, not 3 mavericks running wild....this is not the backwoods of Alaska. Our country deserves better....Please. Help me spread the word. It was even on National News...Sarah was found to have violated ethic code 39.52.11(a). She is not innocent..
Sarah wake up and tell the truth. God Help this great country of ours...

  The word "abuse" does not appear in the chapter that Palin is alleged to have violated. The statute cited deals only with personal or financial enrichment. See my link to the Alaska ethics statute below. In order to find abuse of power, an investigation must demonstrate that a standing law has been violated. The law cited deals only with one's material enrichment through the use of that same person's office.
