I believe you are pulling a Palin. You keep bringing up the safety officer Monegan where the issue of abuse was with her attempt to have her ex brother-in-law fired.

"While Palin has said that she and her family feared Wooten, the investigator said he concluded that ``such claims of fear were not bona fide and were offered to provide cover for the Palins' real motivation: to get Trooper Wooten fired for personal family related reasons.''

"Tune in to the investigation by the Personnel Board at the end of this month where Palin and her husband have indicated full cooperation"
Yeah, good luck with that one. With her flat denial of any wrong doing and lying about the results of the report I for one do not have much faith in her willingness to tell the truth here either. Reminds me of the title of the book "State of Denial" Damn, are we sure she isn't GW wearing a skirt??

I keep bringing it up because I believe it's true or else why would she agree to cooperate with the proper panel's investigation - the Personnel Board. You don't agree cuz you're a democrap. I would do the same .. but we'll see at the end of this month what the truth really is.

An Alaskan court ruled that the legislative investigation was indeed proper as part of the legislative oversight of the executive branch.. She might cooperate with the Personnel Board investigation because she appointed all three members of the board. That may change too because her three republican appointees chose a democrat to conduct the investigation. On the other hand they will probably say that with a democrat investigating that it was flawed from the start. The fact of the matter remains that the legislative committee empowered by a unanimous vote of the legislature found that she violated state ethics laws.
