    don't forget the casualties of our allies...you know, the coalition of the willing. they too have over 4,000 dead and i've never even seen statistics on their injured.

    that brings the allied death toll well over 8,000.

      Cleare, I think the number of dead among our allies is more in the range of 1,100 to 1,200. There are other dead though. There are over 1,000 military contractors. There are also about 1,000 U.S. and allied dead in Afghanistan. So your total is pretty close.

        not according to fox and cnn, both of whom have run the over 4,000 figure on coalition troops
