No...I think he means the MSM that runs out to do a poll, samples 10% more Democrats than Republicans, then announces with the obligatory look of astonishment that Obama leads by 9%.

  And your theory would work to who's advantage? Think about it , This has been the case the last two elections. If people think the Dems are going to win this actually increases the panicked GOP crowd turnout and may cause some Dem voters to sit at home secure in the thought that their candidate will win without their vote. An Obama victory would be a literal miracle. He already has a certain % that wont vote for him simply because of the color of his skin. No other presidential candidate has ever dealt with that obstacle.
  
  The idea of Sarah Palin one seat away from the presidency with the oldest elected Presient in our history is beyond horrifying. We would be the absolute joke of the world!
