ACORN's workers have several convictions of vote fraud, and was also tied into the housing loan scandals through intimidation tactics. I missed the obvious when looking for a redmeat tie between ACORN, Obama's work as a community organizer and these scandals.

UPDATED: Obama Sued Citibank Under CRA to Force it to Make Bad Loans
Do you remember how we told you that the Democrats and groups associated with them leaned on banks and even sued to get them to make bad loans under the Community Reinvestment Act which was a factor in causing the economic crisis (see HERE ) … well look at what some fellow bloggers have dug up while researching Obama’s legal career. Looks like a typical ACORN lawsuit to get banks to hand out bad loans

the fingerprints of the Dems are all over the financial crisis. Acorn, Obama, Dodd, Barney Frank, Franklin Raines,Nancy Pelosi, Narry Reid. These people are all complicit in and responsible for the financial meltdown in this country.

But come on: do you really expect me to believe that a handful of liberal do-gooders managed to take out the economic system in this country?
What if Obama had worked for the Salvation Army? Or Care? Or The Red Cross?
In an indirect way he did work for Habitat for Humanity, because ACORN and Habitat do work together.
I have close friends from all sides of the political spectrum.
I have a buddy named Hugh, whom I have known and considered a friend since 1973.
He is an Anarchist.
Who would think that counseling folks on how to get a loan, or hiring poor folks to go out and register other folks to vote would destabilize the whole system?
Armed with this information the Anarchists could take down the whole world!
This is misdirection! It will not work to convince folks like me, I can see where it may be fun.
I am not sure it will even work on the fence sitters, I know quite a few Ubber-conservative carpenters who have done volunteer work for Habitat for Humanity and the ACORN folks are there too.
Even though, they suck at hanging drywall.-

He makes me get a haircut when I want to buy new machinery.
I am sitting in my 4000 SF woodshop, a bit shaggy but no more pony tail.
The day I had to take a drug test, I called him up and told him that I had stopped smoking pot the day I learned about the drug testing for employees (I was a Sub-contractor at the time). I told him that I had not smoked pot out of respect to him and his business and that is my word of honor. And if the test came back positive I expected him to help me fight it.
I respect him.
He is a millionaire, and at any given time could be pulling 10 office buildings out of the ground.
He has never voted anything but Republican, and he donated the maximum amount to Rick Santoriums Campaign.
His wife is a great person as well, She was a Naval Officer, and has maintained her IRR status as well as kept up with her RN registration. Her uniform is kept ready in their closet, and she keeps a well worn Bible in the Kitchen. When I was renovating their basement I noticed that the Bible moved around a bit, and that it appeared that she took the time to read from it every day. She always made sure I took home some vegetables from her garden.
One of my favorite construction Supervisor’s, who has worked for my boss for 20 years went to a baseball game with him. They where sitting in one of the super boxes when my boss told him, that both he and his wife where going to vote for Obama.
Just an interesting observation.

If we elect Obama we will have the same situation that exist in MI. The state that supported liberal oversight and is now suffering severe loss and MI will probably never recover.

We can't elect Obama. He is pushing for the healthcare of folks that are eating themselves into the hospital and the morgue by their own eating habits. Americans are looking towards the government and the medical profession to save themselves from themselves.
Those that can't and will not provide for themselves want the government to do it for them. AND, for FREE!!!!!!!!!!!
