Yeah, I noticed the big drop.

The analogy that comes to mind is one of golf. In golf, one sometimes gets to hit some very good shots. The problem is that too often these come after very bad ones. That's sort of a parallel to this price drop. If we had an effective energy progam to begin with, prices might not have risen so high that this major drop was possible. -
