No that would be John McCain`s fault if you were to apply Republican logic since McCain is the one with the closer more recent relationship to ACORN.

But applying their own logic to their fellow Republicans would be like calling Fox News `fair and balanced`; totally inconceivable.

FTA: “"My relationship to ACORN is pretty straightforward. It's probably 13 years ago when I was still practicing law, I represented ACORN

Seems Obama is omitting some relevant information:

Obama to amend report on $800,000 in spending
U.S. Sen. Barack Obama's presidential campaign paid more than $800,000 to an offshoot of the liberal Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now for services the Democrat's campaign says it mistakenly misrepresented in federal reports.

An Obama spokesman said Federal Election Commission reports would be amended to show Citizens Services Inc. -- a subsidiary of ACORN -- worked in "get-out-the-vote" projects, instead of activities such as polling, advance work and staging major events as stated in FEC finance reports filed during the primary.

Have we found out all the relevant information about Palin? Because I think she's still under investigation. What are you doing to find out about your own candidates? Thanks. ;-P

ROFLMAO. And we see relevant information is 13 years ago. They still believe relevancy for Obama in terms of whio he was next to in the crib yet Palin supporting a seccessionist movement in Alaska as late as last year is no big deal. The best campaign literature for the Dems is the continues posting of Nostalgia, ALpha Tomato, FSU, Klarissa, ANi, etc.

Obama minimizes what happened and the faithful believe the Obamasiah. What is neglected is that he TRAINED ACORN staff in Chicago, he funneled money to them from Foundations he was on, He served as their lawyer in a court case to try and have Citibank make bad CRA loans. (You know, the cause of the mess we are in now.) But that has no significance. The association with Ayres and working with him to funnel money to radical education groups that support Ayres philosophy including ACORNS philosophy. No reason to think he was anything but above board and straight laced. ROTFLMAO

Nobody minimizes more than McCain with his Keating Five experience. He was the worst one, broke the law dozens of times and in many ways, and used the POW card to grovel his way out of it.

Besides, McCain is a hundred times closer to Bush than Obama is to Acorn or Ayers or any other RW garbage. But you say McCain is not Bush so we cannot compare the two.

Funny how the hypocrisy never ceases from the RW.

            My candidates Meso???

LOL I never vote for candidates from either of the major parties - except a few Blue Dog Democrats. Unfortunately, none of them were running for President in the primaries

Although I must say I may vote to re-elect my House member this year. He was impressive on his stand on the bailout bill and his willingness to discuss why he was voting against it in his email

I'll be writing in my choice for president this year - again
So you see Meso I know all about my candidate
Too bad you can't say the same for yours

nostalgia, why do you cons try to perpetrate this myth that you're all independent-minded political sophisticates (rather than simply a bunch of sad, dejected Republicans who are ashamed to call yourselves that after what Bush and the GOP have done to our country over the last 8 years? You're cons. Everyone sees right through you people. You can claim to be third party or whatever but the fact is you're here day in and day out ONLY slamming Democrats and those on the left. I don't believe you. No one does, nostalgia. We do not believe cons. Period.

Find ONE incident were I have ever said anything against a Blue Dog Democrat Meso and post it here

Just shows your own ignorance Meso and there is nothing I can do to remedy that

You must have missed my posts about McCain during the primaries

You must have missed my comments about Bush when he was governor. His actions as governor were why I would never have considered voting for him as president

But continue on in your ignorance Meso. It just wouldn't be the same on Propeller if you actually showed a grain of intelligence

Actually Palin may now begin to pay the price of her lies and abuse of public position.

              Palin's New 'Troopergate' Troubles

In defiance of the facts, Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin claims that the Oct. 10 investigative report on “ Troopergate” cleared her of both legal and ethical wrongdoing, but the fallout from the case continues to expand with lawsuits now likely against the Republican vice presidential nominee.

So the reason you're not trying to find out about someone in your own party who's been on the ticket for a month is because she's not running against Obama? I see... Did you say you're a school teacher, Klarissa? ;-x

How desperate the GOP is to keep americans from voting!

ACORN Smear is Effort to Cover Up Massive GOP Push to Undermine 2008 Elections Through Coast-to-Coast Vote Suppression!

....The ongoing Republican attack on the lawful voter registration efforts of ACORN is a "desperate smokescreen maneuver" masking an extensive coast-to-coast GOP push to disenfranchise hundreds of thousands of voters through a wide range of vote suppression tactics, according to Kathleen Kennedy Townsend, former lieutenant governor of the state of Maryland and a member of the board of advisors of NoVoterLeftBehind.net ( http://www.NoVoterLeftBehind.net).
Urging concerned Americans to get involved through NoVoterLeftBehind.net, Kennedy Townsend said: "The attack on the voter registration efforts of ACORN may go down in the record books as the ultimate case of the 'dirty' pot calling the 'clean' kettle black. ACORN is being savaged for doing its duty to openly self-report all cases where there may be any kind of issue with specific voter registration forms. By contrast, the GOP is skulking around out of the public eye across the nation in a sub rosa attempt to use a host of outrageous and desperate vote suppression tactics to steal the election."
She added: "For every potentially problematic ACORN voter registration form that will never result in anyone casting an illegitimate vote, there are literally hundreds of voters who the GOP will go to any lengths to keep out of the voting booth. This attack on ACORN is a sad and deeply cynical tactic coming from a party that seems to have concluded that they can't win the election on their own, so they have to prevent the other side from voting." ...

OMG ... this is all little bull...t! Can we try to stay focused on matters of more importance... like finally recognizing that there will be no lasting peace between the Shia faction & the Shiites! The day that happens will be when the Baptists finally recognize the Pope as the rightful head of their church!!!!

Gee, so that means that the civil war in Iraq just will not end in our lifetime! In other words, contrary to the end as we in America would like it to be ... will never happen. Time to cut our losses and leave!!

Issues such as these and getting the banks back up to par ...are what matters and not ACORN! Where he obviously was working together with the local government. If it been close to criminal in nature, he would be in jail. End of story!!!!

Try as you may the average American understands the difference between fraudulent voter registration and voter fraud. Fraudulent voter registration is practiced by both parties. The most serious is voter fraud.

Fraudulent voter registration is when there is an attempt to put a non person on the voter rolls. It only become a real problem when a real person claims to be this non person and tries to vote and that is voter fraud. Voter fraud also entails discounting a vote when it was exercised legally. See: Florida 2000 presidential election.

Of course they just found a number of dead people who have been voting in the Houston area - for Democrats

Why go back to Florida? Why not try the Democratic primaries this year? The ones where the caucus states were riddled with voter fraud that clearly favored Obama.
