Illuminati Films has produced a 10 minute video in which Phil J. Berg is interviewed. Mr. Berg lays out his case in Berg v. Obama, and explains why it is important for the case to be resolved quickly. In his argumentation, Mr. Berg points out that Senator Obama could settle the lawsuit immediately by producing the proper documents to prove Obama is a natural-born citizen as required by our constitution.

Berg filed this suit for the best interests of the Democratic Party and the citizens of the United States.-

The State Department says he's a US Citizen. Last time I checked, they're they authority on that. It's amazing that so many conspiracy theorists make this ridiculous claim, yet say the government still needs to rule (again) on his citizenship. He's already a US Senator. You think he hasn't been vetted before getting the security clearance he's been given?

the Hawaii Dept of Health came out with an official statment in June saying Obama was born in Hawaii, he is an American citizen, and his birth ceritificate is official and legal.

How about the Al queda caugtht in Iraq that was a U.S citizen. His parents came here to have the kid a and have the U.S. pay the medical bills, stayed a week than went back to Iraq. -

Another lawsuit has already been filed. This one takes place in the First Circuit Court in (Honolulu, HI)(October 17, 2008) They are seeking a court order to open Barack Obama’s secret birth records.

A lawyer educated at Harvard knows how to delay these lawsuits, what's amazing to me is that it doesn't seem to raise alarms that a lawsuit had to be filed. I'm beginning to wonder if it matters to the general population? Am I really just a nitpicker? If so, so be it. Deceit is a disqualifier in my eyes.

The Fourteenth Amendment states that "all persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States." Since Hawaii is part of the United States, even if Barack Obama's parents were both non-U.S. citizens who hadn't even set foot in the country until just before he was born, he'd still qualify as a natural-born citizen.

So who is Philip J. Berg? He's a former Deputy Attorney General of Pennsylvania; former candidate for Governor and U.S. Senate in Democratic Primaries; former Chair of the Democratic Party in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania; former member of the Pennsylvania Democratic State Committee; an attorney with offices in Montgomery County, PA and an active practice in Philadelphia, PA. In 2005 he was fined and sanctioned $10,000 for having committed a "laundry list of unethical actions."
"Other attorneys should look to Mr. Berg's actions as a blueprint for what not to do when attempting to effectively and honorably perform the duties of the legal profession," U.S. District Judge J. Curtis wrote.
"This court has grown weary of Mr. Berg's continuous and brazen disrespect toward this court and his own clients. Mr. Berg's actions ... are an enormous waste of judicial time and resources that this court cannot, in good conscience, allow to go unpunished," Joyner wrote."

It's still an issue because Obamas grandmother said she was at his birth in Kenya, and the fact that Obamas mother registered the birth 4 days after it happened. He does have a Hawaiian birth certificate, that is already been verified. It's where he was actually born that is the problem. Someone earlier said that there is a newspaper clipping reporting the birth, this information could have been taken from a list of recent birth certificates issued. There is also discrepencies with the hospital staff that were suppose to have been on duty that night.

Obama was born in Hawaii almost 2 years AFTER Hawaii became the 50th state of the United States.

Obama IS Constitutionally qualified to run for President.
The Snopes article makes note of Berg's lawsuit and also notes the following regarding such lawsuits --
"Lawsuits over candidate's eligibility are not uncommon.
Similar lawsuits (none of them successful), for example, have been filed challenging the citizenship status of JOHN MCCAIN (who was born in the Panama Canal Zone), challenging the Wyoming residency status of Dick Cheney (who was born in Wyoming but moved to Texas), and challenging the citizenship status of 1964 Republican presidential nominee Barry Goldwater (who was born in Arizona before that territory was admitted as a state)."
Berg's suit hasn't even made it to court and probably will never amount to anything anyway. -

When the state department and state records department already agree that he's a US Citizen, then the burden of proof that he isn't (which is ridiculous given the evidence) falls upon the people bringing the lawsuit.
It's not his job to 'prove' he's a citizen to some whacked out Repugnant Con with an agenda. He's already proven it to the only government agency that matters.

Probably not. But since Obama is a lawyer, he knows how to postpone finding out.
Regardless, anyone with any sense whatsoever, will know that Obama is suspect. Someone with a lot to be suspect of. Something is up folks. Keep denying it. We are already on to him. So glad that I have a time stamp. I normally don't think much of the "I told you so". But, that is pretty big when the far left is sleeping on command of the far left.
