The city by the bay is already known for being openly liberal in terms of alternative lifestyles, but it might soon become the first major U.S. city to allow prostitutes to operate freely -- without worry of being arrested. Voters in San Francisco next month will decide on whether to pass Proposition K, which is a measure to de-criminalize prostitution in the city.
