Good story capj71; the only thing wrong with Palin is that she knows the race is over, and they have nothing left to do but attack Obama, McCain was doin good untell Palin came along. now theres nothing left for them and there well be so many lies false storys about Obama now that the Election is ready to move foward to its final stage.

It doesn't take a genius to see that most ALL forms of media are in the tank and rooting for Obama.
Reply
On the other hand, this same media is totally trashing McCain and Palin. So what does this mean to us....It means, in essence the media is deciding who or next president will be, by brain washing everyone to beleive that Obama can do no wrong and McCain and Palin are complete trash.
So, how do you like the new America, the American that the media controls you and who you vote for!?
It's quite simply really. All Americans are exposed to the media. In turn, they are only hearing how great Obama is and how terrible McCain and Palin are. So, hearing all that, who are you going to vote for, Obama of course.
Just think if all this was turned around and McCain and Palin were being made rock stars by the Media and Obama was the one being trashed 24/7 by the Media. Then we would all vote for McCain. This is a no brainer folks! -

Did you notice that she can't put two sentences together that make any sense.
Did you notice that she says NUK-U-LAR like Bush.
Did you notice that that she can't recall a SINGLE magazine that she's read?
McCain had honor before he was beaten into submission by the right wing of the GOP.
He also claimed that he knows very little about economics....just the man to lead us out of this economic downturn (depression).
He "canceled" his run for president to attend the last stages of a bailout package, ready to show the world he had come to their rescue. The photos showed him staring ahead, clearly lost, and BARELY able to stay awake.
The "COMPROMISES" that he was ready to take credit for fell apart upon his arrival..good crossing the political lines John), and off he went riding the pig with lipstick.

Despite what this ignorant, vindictive, dangerous bimbo says, the race is NOT over. There are few things more fickle than the American electorate.

As long as there are lies to tell, mud to sling, and money to steal - Palin and McSame are VERY much in the running.
All it takes is for a few intelligent voters to stay home and we get 4 more years of Nightmare of the Walking Dead! -

I see the liberal/morons are out in full cry tonight. The left has been wrong since the Russian revolution and I see nothing in this election to see any "change". IF Obama wins, good luck; you're going to need it. If the radical left gains complete control, in four years the liberal/left will be discredited forever.

Well, if the book is any indication, it will take a dreadfully long time to happen, a bunch of really dull, static mouthpiece characters will be introduced for no other purpose than to spout predictably boring partisan rhetoric, and the outcome will be utterly devoid of interesting plot turns, and in short, will be entirely unspectacular.
I guess that's why the comment required two exclamation points. Gotta spice it up somehow... -

I hope you make a six figure income or you are the one that's going to be left out in the cold! So after the last 8 years of horrific policies for the middle and lower classes should not the Far Right be permanently discredited? Don't be a hypocrite!

Bet she kept the Socialist garbage in though. I heard a great point yesterday from Joe Scarborough on MSNBC, former member of the Reagan Revolution. The rich prior to Reagan were taxed at around 70%. Under the current structure the rate is around 35%. Obama's proposal changes that to about 39%. Yet he's a socialist? He's redistributing wealth? The problem is that wealth was badly redistributed under Bush. Upward and not to the rest. Think about how much the rich hide in shelters to begin with...so where else are we going to get additional revenue? Well that would come from the middle and upper middle classes of course because someone has to foot the bill. The choice is yours.

"He chose her."
Reply
But DID he??
From the very beginning it made no sense that he would choose her and I still believe that someone else in the Rep hierarchy was responsible.
Their body-language together from the beginning has looked VERY uncomfortable and if Obama and Hillary had been the Dem team I'm willing to bet my last $ that Palin would NOT have been chosen.
When this first came down I thought that Obama had made a big mistake - though if course we don't know the back-room version of that either. Perhaps he did offer and was turned down.
My instinct was that Palin would draw a lot of female voters away from Obama.
After her appalling performance I think mist women will NOT want to identify with her one little bit. -

That's their only hope to sling enough monkey feces against the zoo walls and hope it sticks. But this kind of cr*p is just appealing to the base. Trying to drive the sheep to the polls. It will work in that manner and has clearly been the difference in the last two national elections. The difference with Obama is a lot more Dems are committed to him than Gore or Kerry we have to hope the youth vote turns out. Without them we get four more years of the same old sh*t! More tax cuts for the weathiest Americans. The shaft for the rest of us! They will just have find enough shills among the middle and lower class and they are potentially there.

Palin is just mean spirited, she enjoys the hate part. Really not the type of person this nation needs. I cannot imagine her as President if McCain were to die. A horrifying thought for the future of this nation to have someone of such naivete in charge. THAT IS NOT THE CASE WITH OBAMA. He is "aware" of the world around him, she is simply not.
By the way she was in my local area yesterday and used Gretchen Wilson's "Redneck Woman" as her theme music. A few days after she had Hank Williams Jr back her at a rally.
She must be stopped at all costs!

IF he was thinking [see my post above] he was probably thinking "WOMAN - key to the female vote".

Now, he's probably feeling hoist with his own petard and I imagine that whatever private verbal intercourse they may have is very harsh indeed.

The right is trying a little too hard to convince the race is over. If huge crowds show up at precincts on election day, it will be too hard for voting machines to go 'funny', or caging to go unnoticed in swing states and get away with it. The one thing that CONS do well is manipulate, and they use the media to do just that. I think palin has been told to do this whining.

Did she ever utter how she is going to fix the economic crisis? Asian stocks slumped this morning due to global recession of the worst proportions and wait for wall street to sink to its lowest.
Here is this scum bag telling voters about Bill Ayers, Rev. Wright, Tony Rezko and invoking "muslim" connections.
What a piece of garbage! -

Just another Palin Lie. Palin's failing so she's dreaming up a new set of lies for each stump speech now. Obama's not writing any inauguration speech. He's totally focused on winning this election. There will be plenty of time to measure drapes and write the inaugural speech after that's done.
Reply
Could it be Americans are tiring of the Repukes winning elections by constantly puking in their ears about the other side. Nothing to say about how to fix the disaster they have created with the economy or two endless wars. Nothing to say about how they'll fix America's diminished standing in the eyes of the rest of the world. Just blargh, retch, plurp, borargh.-

Turns out this Palin Failing is less a deliberate lie than her incredible ability to misunderstand anything more complex than "drill baby drill". The "Obama" speech was actually written by John Podesta for Hillary before she lost the Iowa primary. It was just a suggested outline of a speech, never intended to be a final version, and not even written for Obama.
Reply
Podesta published it in a book that come out this past summer, and that's where the Right Wing Slime Machine found it.
Obama writes his own speeches, Sarah; just like he writes his own books. I'd LOVE to hear a speech written by Failing Palin or read a book written by her. Such honest comedy is hard to find these days.
