If you REALLY have supported Mrs. Clinton when she was being savaged by her detractors, and you REALLY want to support Sen. Clinton now, stand with HER now and support the honorable Sen. Obama. Sen. Clinton is also honorable, but your comments now seem to suggest that she is now either a liar or a stooge or both.-

I shall stand by Hillary and Obama!
I was doing so anyway, at least until the Secret Service hussled me out.
But what, I beg to ask, what were the comments I made that suggested she is either a liar or a stooge?
I don't believe either one; and have not ever said so.
Are we talking about the same Crymtyphon?
It's a common name.-

Sorry for misinterpretting your previous post. In your encouragement of RedRiverJ to cheer Sen. Clinton, I mistakenly failed to understand that you were NOT being a Clinton supporter who was now pumping the campaign of Sen. McCain. After rereading your post, I can see that you are appreciating that Sen. McCain and Gov. Palin (and even RedRiverJ!) are actually lauding the accomplishments of Sen. Clinton. although I admit that it is not clear to me whether you are doing that with tongue-in-cheek. :-) IF you had been a Clinton supporter and you were now supporting Sen. McCain, it would seem that would be making a mockery of Sen. Clinton's current support for Sen. Obama suggesting that she does not really support Sen. Obama (a liar) OR that Sen. Clinton is merely being played by the Obama campaign (a stooge).
In any case, I appreciate that you did not lose your sense of humor in the face of my error. Personally, I am amazed by the near complete irony (bordering on surreality) of the McCain/Palin praise for Sen. Clinton, but not quite as stunned as I am by the group of people who are now praising Gov. Palin in the face of her immediate return to work post-partum and her daughter's out-of-wedlock pregnancy and her obvious abuse of power in TrooperGate. Those are the same people that have decried those exact traits as being the downfall of civilization and life as we know it. I feel like I'm living in a retarded version of Orwell's 1984.
