I listened to several lawyers this AM. They believe Joe has a good case to go after the state of Ohio for invasion of privacy
He could end up with enough money to buy a business courtesy of Obama supporters in the Ohio state government:

A state agency has revealed that its checks of computer systems for potential information on "Joe the Plumber" were more extensive than it first acknowledged.
Helen Jones-Kelley, director of the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, disclosed today that computer inquiries on Samuel Joseph Wurzelbacher were not restricted to a child-support system.
The agency also checked Wurzelbacher in its computer systems to determine whether he was receiving welfare assistance or owed unemployment compensation taxes, she wrote.
Jones-Kelley made the revelations in a letter to Ohio Senate President Bill M. Harris, R-Ashland, who demanded answers on why state officials checked out Wurzelbacher.

Bullcrap. He was looked at because the McCain campaign mentioned him over and over again making him a public figure. And here is where your so called lawyers can can their crap. Once someone becomes a public figure they do not have the same privacy rights as private individuals. If joe the lying tax cheat wants his 15 minutes of fame which he is by the way is actively pursuing then he gets vetted and he failed miserably. Have you heard about the lying McCain volunteer who submitted a false police report claiming that a big black Obama supporter carved a B on her face? Why are you not defending her just like joe the tax cheat? They really are the same thing. Someone who fakes a story to get attention. If you don't want to be exposed as a fraud don't lie your ass off in front of a news camera. McCain is still dragging that liar around today at press conferences. Please! We all know the definition of Communism in its true since, but China, Cuba an others are still considered Communist countries. America is a Capitalist/Socialist country as well given that we supply benefits to the elderly and many, many, many other services.
Republicans like to label Socialism as horrible as if it were a third world country democracy. Socialism does what a government is suppose to do and that is Protect freedom, and offer services to its people. Does this not sound like America!!! Most Socialist countries might pay higher taxes, but there citizens don't pay for health care, retirement and many others we pay a fortune for. Many citizens in socialist countries live better lives than we do in America. -

This election has brought out the worst in the 40 years I have voted (all DEM or IND until this year when I voted for McCain). I saw Tito the builder on the Daily show with Jon Stewart. Just another laughing stock. Obama's plan will help the majority of small business.$250K doesn't refer to the amount of sales it refers to the amount of taxable income or profit. That's after wages, and expenses. Not to many small business owners are making that much profit. And if they are it only increases their tax burden by 3% which isn't that much. The Republicans have given us the HIGHEST DEFICIT IN HISTORY. We need to start paying that down. The middle class needs a break. The upper classes have been getting one for years now. It's our turn.
