You are right! Registration fraud. Not all, but many of those fraudently registered will be able to fraudently vote if they have not voted already. Those fraudently registered who do not fraudently vote might include Mickey Mouse and others like him. Which brings up an interesting question. Why is it ok to discriminate against cartoon characters by not allowing them to vote? Something needs to be done about this!
