    Voting should be simple enough to allow every citizen to vote, even the stupid ones. You shouldn't have to be computer literate to vote.

    Um, your personal opinion notwithstanding, I design software and if it's not something very specialized, you design with the stupidest person possible in mind. We're dealing with first-time voters and Luddite voters who don't have a clue about computers in the first place.
    
    It's disgraceful design.
    
    I don't think there is anything fraudulent going on, because there wouldn't be any indication on the touch-screen anything was wrong in the first place. This is bad UI design.
