CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla. — A refrigerator-sized piece of space junk fell harmlessly into the South Pacific Sunday night, according to NASA.

    At least it didn't hurt anyone, it could have fallen onto someone's house, while they were sleeping, driving , walking etc.I'm glad they kept an eye out for it. The question is can it but harmful on earth.

      although i do agree that it was iresponsible just to casually just throw it over board like that where it could have fallen on something more serious than an ocean,i also feel its nasas responibility to go an recover the object an dispose of it properly an to make sure they take better care with large objects such as that,how would you feel if it had hit a home or a car with people inside,you would have been responsible legally
