    stalemate:

God has blessed us over and over... and what did we do with God's blessing? We elected a Pres. who started a war against a country that had not harmed us, who supported torturing our enemies, who gave more and more wealth to those who were already the most wealthy, who repeatedly lied to the citizens he had sworn to serve, who tried to hide the working of the gov't, etc. etc.

God is the King and wants us to live with that in mind, but we often live as if we or our elected leader were the masters. God does not choose our leaders; we choose our leaders. I hope and pray that Pres. Obama will choose to serve God as he has in the past.

I support your right to give your opinion. Here is my opinion: Instead of worrying so much about "fighting for the Christian Conservatives and moderates", perhaps you could consider fighting for the poor and powerless, serving the oppressed and disenfranchised, feeding the hungry, clothing the naked, visiting the sick and imprisoned. Just in case you don't already know, THAT's what a man named Barack Obama did before he was elected Pres. When WE choose to be God's hands and feet in the world - loving God and loving God's creation - God will bless us.
