What is a man yeast infection?
Man yeast infection, also known as penile yeast infection or male yeast infection is caused duo to yeast overgrow in the body.

In most cases of man yeast infection, it’s very difficult to notice you are suffering from it, because there are usually no signs, and because men anatomy is external, unlike women anatomy.

The symptoms to man yeast infections are: redness and itching on the head of the penis, discomfort during sexual intercourse or during urination, dry, cracked skin on the penis, sexual dysfunction, digestive troubles (constipation, bad breath, bloating, indigestion, repeated intestinal gas, repeated diarrhea), mood changes (fatigue, lack of energy, memory loss) and prostate problems.

What can cause a man yeast infection?
There are several factors which can lead to man yeast infection: unprotected sexual intercourse (yeast infection is contagious and can be easily passed from your partner), weakened immune system, diabetes (sweets help yeast to overgrow), over use of antibiotics and wheat products.

The most common way of having a man yeast infection is through unprotected sexual intercourse, so if your partner is suffering from vaginal yeast infection, you are probably having a man yeast infection and should be examined by a doctor.

Help your man yeast infection get cured:
! Do not eat a lot of sweets.
! Do not use scented body sprays.
! Decrease the use of antibiotics.
! Do not wear tight cloths and try to wear cotton underwear.
! If you go to the gym, take a shower right after the exercise.
