It is indeed difficult times - my brother and I had a very ugly, similar conversation this afternoon.....somthing to the effect of "we need a good assasination...hasn't happened in 40 years"....oh my Gosh - it is so horrible to hear people, let alone "family" members", speak so ignorantly (and violently) towards a man I have the utmost respect for! For every reason he had to vote for McCain, I had a reason not to...he was frustrated...it was just truly horrible. All of my family has so disappointed me during this beautiful time in America. I KNOW we are on the right track...it has been so painful to get there with all of this racism, but worth every step! My son will never be like my brother and that is my legacy! May we all be strong enough to endure the ignorance....God bless & protect President Elect Obama and the U.S.A.!
