I think it's been on its way for a long, long time. It's always been "My God is better than your God," "My God is the only true God," "I have more right to that cross than you do," "I have more right to Jerusalem than you do," "I will go to heaven, but all of you will go to hell," etc.

They have been fighting over this spot since they decided it was of importance (which of course it really is not). They are all such perfect representatives of their faith, LOL! Of course this holy site is about as "real" as the True Cross or the Shroud of Turin. Religion in general is trying to make something valid out of that which has no true validity. Don't believe that? Read up on the Mormon Church which is so easily revealed to stem from the most corrupt beginnings. Still has around 12 million followers including many prominent Americans.

Christianity would be revealed in the exact same way if it were but 200 years old. Islam would also fall prey to such inspection. There was so little dissent permitted for so long these stories simply became ingrained. Yet they still lack validity. Still lack any real proof as to their actual occurence. Yet the adherents drone on like bees drawn to a hive. He's coming back..he really is...sometime in Sarah Palin's generation he's coming back (she actually believes this!)...seriously we're not kidding this time! And of course the Muslim's chime in..."the Mahdi, he's coming to"! And the beat just goes on and on.. Blah, blah, blah...
