There are no excuses for being obese »

There are some obese people who don’t mind being big. They know they eat to much, do it anyways and are unapologetic. Believe it or not I don’t have a problem with these people. Just like smokers they know they have an addiction, but don’t really care. No excuses, no whinning. What bothers me are the people who are obese and whine about it, claiming it isn’t their fault. Saying it is genetics, or they don’t eat that much but they put on weight so easy. I say that is total crap. It is your fault your fat. And if you don’t want to be fat then do something about it or stop complaining. Nothing is worse that someone who complains about their current state but isn’t strong enough to change.
