Gays and lesbians deserve the right to marry. In an otherwise bleak and weary world, the love between two people should not be snuffed out. If two people, gay or straight are in love and want to make a commitment to one another, why should a religious book stand in the way of that relationship? Some people are not religious, others who are religious may believe that gay people are unworthy of marriage. This is not a question of who is worthy of love. All people are. Keith Olbermann's point is well taken.
