Hillary would be fantastic in any post. She's more intelligent than a lot of the nominees set forward for various seats. She will be an asset that would benefit our country greatly as Secretary of State.

Initially I like what Obama is doing. Pick the best people for the job, regardless of their political party. Now if he would just make Ron Paul Head of the Federal reserve......

I'm not sure Hillary is selfless enough to always be doing the bidding of Obama. The job requires a real team player.

He may find he is giving into Hillary (and Bill)more than he likes.

The proposal is to send a woman to the ME, an area where women command no respect. Do you really believe she can do what Madeline Albright couldn't?? Madam Albright had her s==t together and came home with few ME victories. I like Clinton but think this is not where she can be most effective in an Obama White House. Sorry folks!

Always the secratary, never the VP.If Hillary takes this posistion and the Obama Administration makes no real change,She will never become President. If I were her I would be like- NICE TRY Obama. Eventually He has to move past blame and take charge of the job he campaigned for so desperately.

Obama takes the cake, he's been preaching CHANCE, NO MORE OF THE SAME-OLD SAME OLD thing, time for a change in Washington, Obama says. He's been telling us that for nearly two years now. But watch him go, he will appoint many of the same same old politicians to his party that are in essence the same old CLINTON people! JUST MORE OF THE SAME OLD DEMOCRAT THING from Obama.

            The latest hypocrite news is,
Obama has very stringent guidelines for anyone coming on board with him. They MUST NOT have a shady past or have been """""ASSOCIATED""""" with any bad and or corrupt people. There ya go Obama, lets be sure to preach what you practice. Has that guy ever heard the word HYPOCRITE before, perhaps he has but has no idea of the meaning of the word. He's looking dumber by the day.

I'm tellin' ya, this Obama stuff is becoming to funny, way to funny!
Can't wait until Monday to hear the latest hypocrite DemocratObama news.

HECK NO! WRONG SIGNAL! A FEMALE SECRETARY OF STATE OF ANY COLOR IS NOT A GOOD SIGNAL TO MEND RELATIONS WITH MUSLIMS AND OTHERS WHO DON'T RESPECT WOMEN IN POSITIONS OF POWER. REMEMBER BENAZIR BHUTTO?

COLIN POWELL WOULD BE A MUCH BETTER CHOICE FOR SECRETARY DEFENSE AND/OR STATE.

You want a democrat lead conspiracy, well you ask the right guy. Remember when the dems were going nuts for awhile saying the Bush administration was behind 9/11, remember that?

                Anyway,
I say this economic melt down we're having was a democrat lead conspiracy. Wasn't to long ago (DEM) Barney Franks came out and told us. Fanny and Freddy are doing just fine. There are no problems what so ever with those institutes. He was reassuring us all that we have no worries over our Fanny and Freddy investments. Barney had to have know that sh#t was about to fall apart with both Fanny & Freddy. Barney is who was appointed to keep an eye on Fanny and Freddy. So why the heck did Barney come out and tell everyone, everything is just fine. Doesn't make a lot of sense does it?

The dems are behind this economic melt down. They did it because they knew if the economy were to go to crap in a crap sack, that would put the icing on the "BAD REPUBLICANS" Cake for the dems and Obama. Many in the media have been saying, the melt down did alot of harm to the McCain campaign, because it happened under the (REPUBLICAN) Bush administration.

If you want to see one of the best interviews EVER, follow this youtube link to see Bill O'reilly COMPLETELY tear into Barney over this exact issue.
                http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yrfPMa3lONU

I promise it's really good. O'reilly rips Barney into pieces over it! At least someone in the media is looking out for us, thanks to O'reilly!

Personally, I'd like to see her stay in the Senate and replace Harry Reid as majority leader, but if she wants a cabinet post, any cabinet post, I'm sure she'll help improve the country.

The truth here is both dems and repubs had a hand in this mess but your forgetting the leader of the pack bush if a president cant run his house straight and narrow it can only mean he doesn't care or is incompetent, the conspiracy goes back Obama was in the running two years ago and the experts knew the black and Hispanic vote were going to pull for a first time African American, something to think about!

                      The dynamics would be interesting:

                      Obama vs. Hillary
Hillary in the wings should Obama fail or sentiment change
                      Hillary at a respecful distance
The US Senate minus an influential member
Hillary's accumulation of foreign policy experience
State as a platform for a future run for the White House

What's best for Obama? Hillary? Democrats? the country? Kind of hard to add it all up.

I love Barack Obama and I think he knows what he is doing. I am disappointed to see so few women on his cabinet, though. We are 52% of the population. We should be 52% of a progressive President's cabinet.
