I've never tried Green Tea but plan on it. So many studies have found positive effects from drinking it. It may not be the cure-all but if it will prevent or help lessen symptoms of even the simplest of illnesses it's well worth it in my book!

Had to give up beer because of sinus congestion so I drink green tea now. I guess I just love the color of the drink. LOL
Only problem is with the caffeine that keeps me up late at night.
