This link isn't the official link but it is the facts. Fox News WAS the most fair and balanced and MSNBC was worst of the stations.
I don't like people demonizing Fox News cuz they might have a different view than me half the time. That's just not fair. Limbaugh is obvious in what side he is on so what do you expect? Hannity is also a Republican and they say it front and center.
What I hate is people like Oberman and MSNBC trying to claim they are in the middle. Come on... Give me a break. It's not even news from NBC anymore. They are basically a mouth piece for a certain group of people. And they proved it by giving Obama 60% positive story's and Mccain thirty percent. I could care less but at least be honest and stop lying to us. Seems like everyone is a liar these days.-

I noted that on the few shows that I regularly watched on FNC that there was a pundit from each side debating the question posed. My main objection is that they, the pundits, usually tried to talk over each other and neither side was able to make a point. For the most part, the network commentator(s) tried to take control with limited success.

And the democrats were as egregious in this behavior as Ann Coulter was.
I gave up on MSNBC as an unbiased source.-

"If you have been watching those kinds of things for years you will have seen that the tactic of nonstop talking was first used by the Democrats."

I disagree with most everything you say, anyhow, but usually your opinions are stated in an intelligent manner. This is not one of them.
First of all, your assertion is impossible to prove. When did the first Democrat do this? What year? During what debate? Even if you can provide a link that shows a Democrat from, say, the 40s who engaged in nonstop talking during a discussion, you'd have to somehow prove that not a single Republican had -ever- done it before that moment. Good luck with that.
Second, this amounts to nothing more than a finger-pointing cry of, "He started it!" A mature adult does not continue the back-and-forth ranting of a child, they rise above it. By saying that the Republicans are doing it because the Democrats do it, you are openly admitting that Republicans can be just as immature and petty as Democrats.
And that would be the first thing you've ever said that I completely agree with. 8)

Be Happy, none of the other networks have the media consultant to the GOP as their news director...

...and none of the other networks purposely identify Repugs as dems like Fox has done with Hagel, Spector and others (any repugs who worked with Dems recently)!
No other network had someone like Hannity spreading just pure lies!
No other network talks the same deceiving talking points daily that we hear from the failed Bush adminstration for the past 8 years!
No wonder the PIPA Study found Fox viewers the worst infomed of any regular news viiwers!
Fox and Limbaugh wouldn't even exist if Reagan hadn't vetoed the Truth in Telecommunications Act... and why today repugs fight the Fairness Act! All part of the well funded, repug plan to keep idiots like you perpetually deceived!
You are living proof of the success of the repugs lies and deceptions! Even Lee Atwater, Rove's boss, died trying to apologize for all his smears and lies. At least McClellan saved his soul with lots of life to live!

Pointing out Bush's failures, which are too numerous to list, is not hate. It's reality. Wait until Obama messes up and you'll see criticism from both sides of the aisle. He hasn't done anything as president yet and Bush has, to the detriment of our country.

Thanks for the education, I searched on Yahoo and all kinds of different things came up. Google brought it right up.

I would prefer someone more aggressive or skeptical. Even Jesus needed Doubting Thomas to put things in perspective.

The same way people followed a draft dodger(Clinton) or another drug addict (Marion Barry) or a murderer like (Ted Kennedy). Rush, Hannity, etc are no different then Ed Schultz, Alan Colmes. They offer opinion or enlightment on subjects not always covered by the MSM. They should provoke thought not be your only source of information. If you censor one you must censor all! Which totally blows our 1st Amendment.
