You buy a new $30,000 car and on the way home a drunk with no insurance smashes it and does $15,000 damage. do you fix it or write it off,,,,
This is not about what your insurance will do but more like those are the only two options you have concerning the car,,,,write off $30,000 or fix it so a $30.000 car costs $45,000,,, tough decision.
Just heard on the news that Obama is going to rewrite a new policy on how to govern or control Wall Street, it is needed, but no matter how well written, someone will find loopholes or cracks to exploit it, and then more regs.
Kind of like the laws, getting off due to technicalities or being able to twist the law around in such a way that really there is no law if you can afford a expensive lawyer.
