I don't think I'd count on Franken winning. Or Obama being mean spirited and taking obnoxious advantage of a filibuster proof majority.

  It's not Obama I'm worried about, it's Pelosi and Ried. All Obama can do is sign what they bring him to sign. I'd be surprized if he were to Veto anything put before him. Wouldn't you?
