Comments for Al Qaeda Leader Calls Obama 'House Negro' - Political Machine »
Posted By Eagle_Eye 1 year ago in NewsSupporters of Sen. John McCain who either believed or insinuated that President-elect Barack Obama is a terrorist may be scratching their heads this morning. According to an AP reporter in Cairo, Ayman al-Zawahri--Al Qaeda's second in command--has released an audio message highly critical of the former Senator, insulting him and calling him, among other things, a "house negro," implying that he's a black American who is subservient to whites.
The message, which showed up on terrorist Web sites Wednesday, claims that Obama is "the direct opposite of honorable black Americans" like Malcolm X, adding that his plan to boost military activity in Afghanistan is futile, because Afghans will fight back.

Don't we have smart bombs that we can set off in the Afghan Mountains that would leave no trace of life????? I think we are getting close to having to do something serious about these people which is what we should of done 8 years ago instead of going into Iraq.-

In short, no. I served there for years. It's beautiful and awful at the same time. The hills are riddled with caves and even thermobarics work for crap. There's a good reason that Russia lost Afghanistan. There's a very good reason to pour our resources into rebuilding Afghanistan on the shoulders of moderate religious leaders to have a friend in a portion of the world that's excellent at falling apart. Especially considering the direction Pakistan is taking and Iraq will take.-

As long as there is Al-Qaeda there, I don't for see any peace at all, it may take them years like it did with the US, but they will keep going and attack again and again....they are religious fanatics and there are children growing up with the same hate.

I think that whole region is one huge mess and at some point they need to grow up, take responsibility, become a part of the civilized world or just let them duke it out amongs themselves.
We need to take care of America first from now one....this country is bankrupt and is going to be hurting like no one in this generation has ever seen. Just look at Wall Street.....-

I hear what you're saying and you're absolutely right. America should take care of its own starving children before going to bomb children across the world.
That said, isolationism as a policy has never worked. It's more a matter of setting priorities.

Right. That's a proportionate response to one of their leaders calling one of our a "house negro." Leave no trace of life in the mountains of Afghanistan. What a monstrous and vile suggestion.

Haven't we done enough harm in Afghanistan? Why would you advocate more mass murder there?

11 Feb 2006. Pakistan's president has confirmed that "a close relative" of al-Qaeda number two Ayman al-Zawahiri was killed in a US air strike in Pakistan last month.
02 Aug 2008. Al Qaeda number 2 Ayman al-Zawahiri was severely wounded in a US predator strike earlier this week, CBS is reporting. Ayman al-Zawahiri - the second most powerful leader in al Qaeda and Osama Bin Laden’s No. 2 - may be critically wounded and possibly dead, CBS News chief foreign affairs correspondent Lara Logan reports exclusively... A counter-intelligence expert and other U.S. officials confirmed to CBS News that the U.S. is looking into reports that al-Zawahiri is dead.
And now...
19 Nov 2008 Al-Qaeda's second-in-command, Ayman al-Zawahiri, criticized U.S. President-elect Barack Obama in an audio message posted on the Internet, calling him dishonorable and a servant of whites, the Associated Press reported. Al-Zawahiri said Obama is "the direct opposite of honorable black Americans" such as Malcolm X, AP said. He also uses a derogatory racial term to imply Obama is a black American who does the bidding of whites, AP says. The recording, if its authenticity is confirmed, will be the first comment issued by al-Qaeda [al-CIAduh] on the Democratic Party's election victory.

I'm beginning to look at these claims as akin to the body count in Vietnam. Progress may or may not be there. But it's not an objective thing, which is what we and our military worship. So something objective has to be developed and reported. Eventually the guys down the chain get it. Are you going to be the one to tell your boss bad news when he wants to hear nothing but good?

Regarding the tape -- it's basic Leno and Letterman. There's an election; they have to comment on it.

I said it and I meant it. Don't give me that I kiss the ground All-American patriotism bull-crap. My family served in this country too. I served this country. I will not have you stand there and think because you or your grandfather served in this country that you're more American than anyone else that is a citizen here. Why did i say that Republicans and Al-Qaeda are similar. Here's a few reasons..
Reply
1) Like in your statement above your party has attacked Obama just the same as this Zawahri creep is doing. Where's all that f'ing patriotism you were bragging about, huh?
2) Republicans believe in Theocratic beliefs being put in to law and being used to rule the populace. Just like a Taliban.
3) Republicans believe that 1% of the country should run things and everyone else should shutup and fight for the breadcrumbs. Much like the ruling class in many Arab countries.
4) Republicans believe that countries need to infiltrated and punished and attacked if they don't latch on to the neoconservative views of themselves. They believe countries need to be "Democratized". Al Qaeda believes the same thing, but they think everyone should live under "sharia law".
