    Read my comment of the auto bailout posted by jwojdylo. Here is solution part two.If the three greedy scam artist want help they can merge and with all of there technology's they can retool and build all electric ,flex fuel vehicles under one umbrella making it affordable for all Americans , the government can also chip in and release its patent on the solar rechargeable battery nasa has running on mars and all those patents on steam ,hydro run engines that are currently sealed by congress. Also unions were variable and necessary years ago that is no longer the case now .Labor must have a share in stocks and a vote on all company decisions and management.that is it folks eliminate the middle man and let the american worker excel according to his labor!

      Your idea to merge all three into one company has merit. I like your plan EXCEPT giving the unions ANY position in the new company. Have you looked to see what top union Executives make? Just as insulting as the auto execs! In truth, the workers have been screwed by the unions for decades.
