I read that they are planning to continue to use the direct e-mail system that they used during the campaign. That way people will get the whole message instead of just sound bites. In any event I think that the Obama white house will be much more transparent than what we have seen with the current administration

  I don`t think anyone in the Obama campaign or admin so far has the criminal mind or devious agenda necessary to be any less than much more transparent than the Republican admin.
