Arnold Schwarzenegger spoke with reporters after the Assembly and Senate Session last night and expressed his frustration with the Legislature's inability to come to an agreement to fix the California Budget deficit. He announced that he will be calling a state of fiscal emergency and that he will call the Legislature back December 1st to continue to try and solve the budget deficit in California.
