I have osteoarthritis and take 3000mg of fish oil every day. I started taking the fish oil to reduce a dry skin condition but noticed a dramatic improvement in my arthritis. I even stopped taking aleve because the fish oil works better and doesn't upset my stomach. The fish oil also helps with my cholesterol as well.
