        I sell new construction homes and it truly is one of the darkest times. Everyone I know is out of a job. I am very lucky to have one and be selling a property that people luckily want to buy. I sold 2 condos this month and am thrilled to death that they are going to close soon.

          and homes should go even lower until the market shakes out the riff-raff. Great time to buy though!
