    I live in the EU, and I can tell you that I see people caught by the cops for selling raw milk. It's not "legal" by any means, and it's use in stuff like cheese and clotted cream is tightly controlled.

    The people in the food bank had nothing to do with raw milk. I read the story elsewhere. As it mentions in the article, what it does have to do with is based on an application of the law that proved a man could not grow wheat on his own land, even if it would not be sold, and was solely for his own consumption, because it would affect the interstate commerce in wheat by even a penny.
