For a prank to a good prank the victim has to be able to laugh at it later. Some of these do not fit that. Buttering the floor can cause injury. The powder in the dryer can get in the eyes. People need to think how they would react to the prank if they were the victim. And then proceed. Some of these are really funny.

These are pretty good. We use to newspaper over the out side of the door then stack stuff behind the news paper. Sometimes beer cans, sometimes a candy machine. So what would happen is they would open their door and see a newspaper wall, as they pushed through it they would make all kinds of racket. We were setting up this with a candy machine one morning and the kids father showed up for a visit, he just laughed and turned around and said he would be back later.
