We have brought this on ourselves! As "citizens" and as "employees", we have consistently demanded jobs with high wages and benefits, but, as "consumers" we demand low prices, essentially sayng that our fellow American does not deserve the same wages and benefits that we deserve. The blame for > 4 million manufacturing jobs going to Asia in the past two decades is not the fault of Bush or Clinton or Congress or NAFTA. It is OUR fault! We are idiots and hypocrites!

But, on a side note, it is rather hypocritical for the Chinese to be buying property here in America. We can not buy property in China!
(Technically, NO ONE, not even the Chinese themselves can buy the land, as all land is owned but the government, but, they can buy the buildings.)
