    I'd be pretty bummed if that was the case in the US, the EU, or in my kitchen!

    Without food grade lye, I wouldn't be able to make a real bagel, pretzel, or some really cool baguettes.

    Oh, yeah... or meth in my kitchen, if I wanted to. You know, holiday parties and all coming up.....
