Cooley was under cover and taped all their confersations,, thats when he found out he was paying street tax for a convicted gambler and he was mixed up in the mob. and did some mob patoffs. and when he to a spokeman for the United Stste Attorney in charge hrer rescenly the Spokeman said,his office well have no comment. Cooley tryed to warn them back then in the late 80s but did nothing about it even knowing he had the profe. What else is ther out ther that we know nothing about?
