The Clinton’s Saudi fundraisers; Lefty meltdown watch: Blackwater a donor »
Posted By pc25 12 months ago in NewsFor ten years, Bill Clinton resisted calls to make public the donors to his charitable foundation. Under pressure from Barack Obama for Hillary’s appointment to State, Bill finally agreed to the release of the data — and his reluctance is now understandable. Clinton took tens of millions from foreign interests that will call into question Hillary’s ability to represent American foreign policy:

Can the US have a Secretary of State who has so many financial connections to foreign interests? The Senate had better conduct a thorough debate on that topic.
Uh-oh. How long before the inevitable freak-out among the Left about this:
The Blackwater Training Center donated $10,001 to $25,000. The State Department will have to decide next year whether to renew Blackwater Worldwide’s contract to protect U.S. diplomats in Iraq.-

What about a connection to the President and the Military? Contracts worth Millions, Billions, probably now trillions? Makes $10,000 look like chump change. And why is this figure $10,00 to $25,000? Do they not have the correct facts? Aparently the 'Righties' don't know about 'Black Water' the republican owned christian company. Blackwater received many no-bid contracts in Iraq, Afghanistan, and post-Katrina New Orleans from the current Bush administration.[source watch 2] Remember the big hullabaloo over the $100 hammer in the 80's? Well blackwater and halliburtan make the hammer worth more than gold these days. Fifty bucks says that hammer could be half a million easy with these companies, after all there is no competitive bidding process just plain old cronism. For some reason the DNC does not dig into these things like the RNC, they have no Kenneth Starr. If the press were like all the cry baby, bible thumpin, republicans say that they are, they would be reporting about this all the time, but they are not. I expect for one reason is that the FACTS are a bit hard to come by. Unlike reporting done by those such as Ann Colter, Shawn Hannity, and Rush Limbaugh and Fox News, spewing nonsense with out researching and having real facts. So for the most part, this stuff this goes unreported by responsible journalists, because they do not have all the facts and they don't play the smear game. Some of this research is done by documentary filmakers and Authors but they pretty much get watched only by the choir. Perhaps it goes un read by most righties because it is to high brow, maybe they should put it in comic book format.

So my misguided friends, $10,000 to $25,000 is chump change for a donation to a charatible organization. It is barely enough to have people not say your a cheap skate for refusing. Particularly when you know that they are getting most of the taxpayers 300 billion (or is it trillion?) being spent on the war in Iraq. Leaves me asking how much did they give George Dumya and other republican causes? -

When you find your brain, you'll realize that these "financial connections" only means that we're not in any real danger with these countries as people think. That shows signs of hope. Face it, noone likes republicans. And it shows. A middle eastern country gives $25 million donations to an American, there's no threat there. That means welcome. If clinton was a republican the only thing he would have gotten is 25 million shoes thrown at him.

Probably.

I wonder, though, why you aren't calling Bush on letting the 9/11 terrorists, almost every one of whom carried a Saudi Arabian passport, get away with their murder of thousands of Americans -- especially when time after time his failing businesses were bailed out by the House of Saud.

Blagojevich was bookie, says federal informant
http://abclocal.go.com/wls/story?section=news/loca...
The ABC7 I-Team has learned that an attorney who went undercover for the FBI in the late 1980's says he told federal authorities years ago about wrongdoing by Blagojevich.
His name is Robert Cooley.
Cooley was a criminal defense lawyer in Chicago in the late 1980's who became one of the most potent witnesses against Chicago corruption, testifying for federal prosecutors in cases that resulted in dozens of convictions.
Cooley says that before Rod Blagojevich got into politics he was a bookmaker on the North Side who regularly paid the Chicago mob to operate.

They don't dare use the same words about the Democrats that they have used about the Republicans. (and the lib's words on propeller are uglier and ruder than any talk show host or tv program words)-

Go back one year (and further) and see the terms "terrorist," traitor," coward," looney," etc thrown by the Conservatives at centrists just trying to have discussions about global warming or the wisdom of the Iraq "war."

if this is some kind of admission from pc25, hotair and the rest of the righties that taking money from blackwater and the saudis is a bad thing, then y'all must really be mad at all the repubs who've taken money from these same two entities (ie: the entire bush administration), and you must really really hate yourselves for voting for these schmucks who ran this great country into the ground.

You know it amazes me how republicans find anything to make democrats look like demons. Can anyone tell me what crime Clinton committed? He's a private citizen now. You republicans couldn't leave the Lewinsky issue alone. You forced an impeachment on him. So obviously you didn't care about Bill. Now all of a sudden you're all in his business again and making him out to be some radical. Pretty soon you'll be calling Bill Clinton a terrorist. God knows thats what you'd be calling Obama right now if it was him getting contributions from the middle east. Did you ever think that maybe the middle east donated so much money to Clinton's library because he's a democrat who believes in peace? Get this all through your republican heads: THE REST OF THE WORLD DOES NOT HATE THE U.S. THEY HATE REPUBLICANS. They hate republicans for this very same reason. Sticking your god damn noses in other people's business. Noone seems to realize that the fact the middle east gave so much money to a democrat is a good thing. It shows that these countries have a liking to us. They don't totally hate the U.S. If they did, they'd be throwing shoes at Clinton all over the Middle East. And here you all are with your sarcastic idiotic comments. I didn't hear any republicans comment when JOhn McCain donated $488,000 to Rashid Khalidi, the same man that all you righty freaks bitched about when Palin and her big mouth wanted to know what was discussed between a damn dinner between Obama and Khalidi. Imagine that. Nor did i hear you GOP's complain about what Palin did with the $25 million of taxpayers money that was funded for the bridge to nowhere when the white house refused to pay a $300 million tab for that bridge. it was never returned. When Ted Stevens was convicted was convicted of 7 felony crimes, and had the balls to run for re-election, where were the righty bitchers???
