This is the best news I've heard from the new president-elect. Science is finally going to be treated with the respect it deserves.

Scientific method is how we discover and understand the natural world. It is the source of breakthroughs in curing disease and in creating artifacts that make our world safer and more habitable. It is the source of the knowledge we need to guide our behavior in our families and as stewards of the planet. It enables us to create tools of discovery.
