    I'm sorry to say...but most people that go on these FAD diets end up gaining all their weight back and then some after 1 year.

    The only "diet" that I've seen work wonders is the weight watchers diet. Though that should be a life long diet as it helps you eat better.

    All you have to do is eat more veggies and fruits and stay away from processed foods and you will be healthier than you can even imagine. Stop drinking all that soda, especially the DIET sodas with aspartame in it. Put down you bag of chips and pull out some broccoli and cauliflower and eat that instead.

    There is no such thing as a short term, long lasting diet. Change your lifestyle and become healthier people.
